For the New Courthouse in Naples, Vitrociset plays for about 20 years work on the security, ICT and Telecommunications.

Recently in the adaptation of technology AVAYA telephone exchanges, Vitrociset has proposed to test a new guidance system for users who need access to various services or go into courtrooms, called the Citizen's Right Way.

A first component of the experiment consists in the realization of 10 information kiosks will be located at key points in the sorting of the flow of visitors and will be made by proposing an intuitive map of the surrounding area with evidence of the services available in the area and the indication to reach the main points of interest.

For users with more high-tech smartphone will be available for 4 guided tours for every totems: framing the QRCode on the totem pole, directly on the phone will receive a detailed path to follow from the same totem, complete with photograph.
Another component of the trial is the touch-screen monitor that will be placed at the entrance of the new Judicial Sportelleria debuting.

There will be a complete list of counter services, together with the documents required to carry and forms to fill out on-site, as well as useful information such as opening times and communicated to users.
Inside the Sportelleria access will also be a totem touch-screen for the detection of customer satisfaction according to the guidelines issued by the Ministry for Public Administration and Innovation
Vitrociset, also is making a circuit of Digital Signage in the New Palace of Justice to notify users of the schedule of hearings of the various sections and a list of available services.

The adoption of a content distribution platform easy and versatile will also enable to inform the user of specific events (such as strikes or suspensions of energy) that could interfere with daily activities.
Both solutions are already well prepared to provide additional information to users of smartphones equipped with NFC (Near Field Communication), which represent the new frontier in the field of Communication. In the frame of the monitor and information kiosks will be applied on the labels clearly visible that they have inside of RFID tags. Users can simply bring the phone to the latest generation of labels for information about routes, the hearings and the counter services.

In a second step, using the same mechanism is also possible to pay for any services via credit card or with new purses of impending activation.
