Vitrociset has developed the SATR system (Rolling Stock Transit Problem Reporting System) in order to provide a distributed supervisory service for the monitoring of various parameters underlying the transit of rolling stock in railway lines through diagnostic subsystems. This supervisory function increases rolling stock safety in the railway network and protects lines from early deterioration due to the transit of rolling stock not complying with the applicable regulations. In further detail, the SATR informs the operator on the state of diagnostic subsystems connected to it, allows the download of data acquired at each transit, provides information on any alarms and the level of accuracy of measured data, provides a graphical illustration of the composition of the analysed train, and prints reports in paper form with all summary or detailed information on transits. |
