Vitrociset

Vitrociset’s solution consisted in the innovative communication of potentials and services offered in the new Intranet of the Senate, while bearing in mind the requirements of its main targeted users.

To that end, the decision was made to produce information/training video classes provided through:

• the implementation of a Web Learning TV to be offered on the Intranet Portal;
• the assembly of multimedia learning objects in a DVD for users to follow classes from a TV set.
  

The customer was offered a comprehensive product, in which the technological solution offered was also combined with editorial support services. Without overlooking  the customer’s objectives and information/training requirements, the characteristics of the “In-Senate” Web Learning TV were defined, namely:

• linear and non-linear content viewing;
• contents organised in Introductory Modules (keynote subjects) and classes (with further detailed information);
• video classes divided into introductory scenes recounted by a narrator, actual training classes taught by an operator on a workstation, and simulations on the use of the service (by means of screen captures);
• reuse of video materials for DVD reproduction at home.
