Set of Tools for mission’s criticality estimation through numerical simulation.

Tens-years on site experience on Test Ranges sensors and advanced processing systems make to estimate and to foresee potential hazards for Training and experimental missions.

The Mission Evaluation & Planning Toolset include an application to generate and simulate typical Test Range missions and a graphical and mathematical library to evaluate mission peculiarity. Joint of these tools let the analyst to generate on its own Desktop a complete simulation environment, tailored on mission details.  

Basing on Test Range user’s requirements, the analyst  shall be able to preview and estimate several parameters as:

  • Sensor Dynamic Stress;
  • Geographic distance between sensors and target;
  • Target relative positions;
  • Minimal error in triangulation process.

All these parameters are evaluated using the user friendly application ANADYN. Through its graphic user interface it is possible to build up any nominal trajectory and to process it in order to estimate main sensors dynamic stress. Simulation based estimations let to obtain reliable evaluations with few details about target dynamic capabilities. That’s ensure high usability even with unknown targets or with experimental missions.

One of challenges of Mission Planning Analysis is to estimate Test Range sensor’s behaviours facing a unknown target like experimental missiles or aircrafts. Even new Test Range system’s configurations could imply unpredictable or unexpected outcomes.
