Vitrociset

In the context of the programme for the Maintenance & Operations of  the ESA Payload Data System, Vitrociset performs the following tasks:

• Development and maintenance of the web portal for managing requests for service;

• Management and check of service levels agreed with the customer (pursuant to the applicable Service Level Agreement);

• Asset Management – the asset being a managed IT facility;

• Network and System Management;

• Performance Monitoring;

• Software Delivery;

• Backup and Restore.
