Vitrociset provides corrective, adaptive and perfective Sw maintenance services for air traffic control systems running in civil and military airports. Vitrociset servicing provides for the customer to follow a trouble ticketing procedure through a dedicated web portal, to notify the customer’s request for assistance which the Vitrociset ATC software maintenance team immediately takes charge of. From that moment onwards, Vitrociset technical personnel keep the customer regularly posted on all meaningful events throughout the ticket processing, including the notification of its completion and relevant software release. Vitrociset Sw servicing standard conforms to specified levels preliminarily agreed to with the customer (Service Level Agreement). |
